Can Data Guard feature work in NOLOGGING Environment. Suppose we create table using nologging mode can data guard work or not

Well according to my knowledge DATA GUARD is not work in NOLOGGING mode. Is there any other way, I just want to get a second opinion.

yes your dataguard work in both modes logging and nologging but in nologging some of the tables .anbd transaction would be miss.

Nologging means no redo if no redo no redo would transfer to standby .

As you know dataguard get data from archiveslogs or standbylogfiles so its really really important for your database should be in logging mode.

And this is the ist command in dataguard configuyration steps

• SQL> Alter database Force Logging;
