Is there any command I can use to remove the unwanted characters in the tables?

Hi Michel,
There are some junk characters that are in certain columns in the database.
The data is being copied and pasted on the frontend , So it creates junk characters when data actually goes in the tables on the backend.
Is there any command to get rid of junk characters?
